Wendy L. Treacher · Music Director
Wendy taught choral music at the secondary level for 34 years with the last 29 at Northwest High School and Middle School in Jackson. An active member of the Michigan School Vocal Music Association, she has served that organization as President, District Manager, Summer Workshop Director, and High School State Choir Festival Supervisor. Hundreds of her students have sung in the MSVMA Regional and State Honors Choirs as well as the Regional and National ACDA Honors Choirs. An active adjudicator, clinician, and master teacher/conductor, Wendy was named Vocal Music Teacher of the Year for Michigan in 1993, recieved the Carolyn Leep Scholarship in 1995, and has conducted MSVMA State Honors Choirs on two occasions. Wendy currently is Director of Music at Jackson's First Presbyterian Church and is an adjunct faculty member at Albion College.

Monte Long · Assistant Music Director
Monte Long has been a Jackson resident for 30 years and has been the Director of Music for South Jackson Community Church for all thirty of those years. He has been on the Voice Faculty at Spring Arbor University for 27 years and assisted in the choral program at Northwest Hight School for more than 25 years. He has acted and directed for many community, high school, and professional theatre organizations in the area and has sung with the Jackson Symphony, the Adrian Symphony, and the Van Couver Symphony. His degrees in Vocal Pedagogy and Vocal Performance are from Michigan State University and he was tenor soloist on five United States tours with the Norman Luboff Choir.

Renée Runyon · Accompanist
Renée is is currenlty in her seventh season as accompanist for the Jackson Chorale. She is a piano performance and education graduate of Spring Arbor University and teaches private piano lessons at SAU, as well as at home. Renée is also the accompanist for the Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church Worship Choir. Mrs. Runyon is in demand as an accompanist as well as an adjudicator for statewide piano competitions. Her family includes her husband, Dan, also a professor at Spring Arbor University, and their three sons.
